Administrative Council
All founders of the Foundation and other key stakeholder groups are represented in the Administrative Council. The Administrative Council is the highest decision‑making body of the Finnish Forest Foundation.
The Chair of the Administrative Council is Tero Hemmilä, Chair of MTK, and the Vice Chair is Satu Härkönen, Director at Stora Enso.
The Administrative Council meets once a year between February and April. It confirms the composition of the Board as well as the Board’s financial statements, annual report, and action plan. In addition, the Administrative Council appoints the auditors of the Foundation.
