the Foundation’s Board

The affairs of the Foundation are managed by the Board. The Board consists of six members, three of whom represent timber sellers and three timber buyers. In addition, the Board may appoint expert members. Each year, one representative of the timber sellers and one representative of the timber buyers step down in turn. The composition of the Board is confirmed by the Administrative Council of the Finnish Forest Foundation.
